To do on-line check-in and go straight to your table without checking in with reception staff for table seats and tables map:

1- On Thursday morning 8/8/2019, check your email for an email from Gala Organizing Team on guest seats with table number. If you bought ticket through friends or group leads, you may not receive the email.

 

 

2- The table map diagram PDF can be viewed here:  

 

 

 

A stack of Banquet Room and tables map diagram papers will also be at reception table at 5pm on 8/10/2019. Please navigate to your table by yourself.

3- If none above can be done, check in with LQD reception table in front of the LQD Banquet Room, there are reception staff members to help you. Please form in 2 waiting lines.
